Our Founders

Sally and Shey, two Australian women, are tackling a complex problem with a long history. Together they co-founded RespectX with one clear purpose: Every person, safe and respected.

Collectively, they have over 60 years of experience consulting to clients across the globe on building workplaces that support people to do and be their best. Before founding RespectX, the two co-founders worked in the national culture team at KPMG, bringing together their specialist expertise in culture transformation and leadership (Sally), and governance and ethics (Shey), before pursuing their life's work.

The inception of an easy and safe reporting experience that prevents sexual harassment, bullying and discrimination was underpinned by a core belief: If you don't know about it, you can't stop it.
